BaD Nine: More Destiny

I got in some good time with Destiny on Monday. I finished the main story line, did a quest for the magic dealer, and got in on some raids. This game is pretty darn fantastic. I'm level 22 with a light level of 120, playing an Exo character.

I tried a Raid with a level 38, 30 (that's Mark), and me at 21 designed for level 26 and up. It was impossible. I kept getting killed because my armor just wouldn't hold up. I guess those guidelines are no joke.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do once I've played all the raids and side missions. I may get the DLC, but I may wait since you can only buy all the DLC together for $40 and not in pieces. Maybe there'll be a sale sometime.

I'm sure I'll get another weekend out of Destiny, and then I might dig into Port Royale 3 and then go back to my list of short play games so I can build another stack of trades for Gamestop. If I have five games or so to trade, I may get Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition or The Taken King DLC for Destiny. We'll see.

Must be a lot of that is what comes with a Taken King disc.

Apprently the Taken King disc is just vanilla Destiny with a code for the Taken King DLC. That's why I couldn't buy it used at Gamestop.

I hope you get the DLC at some point. The Taken King is really good!

It's a must; however, I've just set myself a new rule now to not buy anything until my cards are at zero. That will certainly take months to complete.
